How to delete your account in the app

1. Open Beanlings Kickoff and sign in to your account.
2. Go to “Settings”.
3. Choose “Delete account”.
4. Confirm the deletion. Your account is then removed immediately and permanently.

Can no longer access your account?

If you can no longer sign in, email us from the address you used to register. We will then delete your account manually.

What gets deleted?

Permanently removed:

• Player name and password (stored only as a hash)
• Email address
• Discord link and language setting
• personal link to your club

What remains: Your club stays in the game under its name and is taken over by a computer manager, so the ongoing season continues fairly for all other players. It is no longer linked to you.

Requests by email are processed within 30 days.
