This translation is provided for your information. The German version is legally binding. German version

New version from 6 December 2026

We have revised the Terms of Use. For existing accounts, the version of 2 September 2026 applies until 5 December 2026; from 6 December 2026 the new version applies once you accept it. For accounts created on or after 25 October 2026, the new version applies from registration. The main changes:

  • Described honestly: what you can buy on pinnry and how it affects the game, for example “Star for a while” player codes and digital calendars with coins, gems and items.
  • Fair play, the absence rule, moderation and how to report content are now clearly set out in the terms.
  • Newly covered: liability, termination, three months’ notice if the game is discontinued, and what happens to codes and bonuses after a refund.
  • We will announce future changes six weeks in advance; a new version only applies to you once you accept it.

New version (dated 25 October 2026, applies from 6 December 2026)

1. Scope and provider

1.1 These terms apply to the use of Beanlings Kickoff in the browser, in the apps for iOS and Android, via the Discord bot and to the additional areas in the game (for example the Pro area and Friends Leagues).

1.2 The provider is Cards and Supplies, Armin Müller, Polarstr. 24, 95448 Bayreuth (legal notice: beanlings.com/kickoff/impressum). Technical operation and development are carried out on our behalf by Tim Ebner; the sole contractual partner is Cards and Supplies.

1.3 These terms apply accordingly to Konterjagd (formerly Beanlings Live), unless stated otherwise on beanlings.com/live.

1.4 Purchases are additionally subject to the terms of the respective sales channel (section 7). Campaigns and prize draws are additionally subject to their terms of participation (section 9).

2. Contract, minimum age, costs

2.1 The contract of use is concluded when you create an account and accept these terms.

2.2 You must be at least 18 years old.

2.3 Beanlings Kickoff can be played completely free of charge. Paid additional offers are optional (section 7).

3. Account

3.1 One account per person. Multiple accounts are prohibited. If several people play via a shared connection or a shared device (for example in a family or at the clubhouse), please let us know. We can then manage you as a shared household (Spielgemeinschaft); trading between your clubs (transfers, loans, cards, items) is then technically blocked.

3.2 Login details. Keep your password and recovery code secret. You are responsible for actions taken via your account, unless you are not responsible for the misuse. Accounts may not be sold, bought, rented out or permanently passed on to others.

3.3 Links. You can connect your account with Discord, Twitch, pinnry and Beanlings Wildlands. These services are subject to their own terms.

3.4 Absence. So that leagues continue fairly, a computer manager takes over your club if you are away for a longer time:

We warn you beforehand in your inbox. Anyone who has played regularly (10 or more logins or above the lowest league) keeps priority for their old club for 14 days after the takeover. Your account remains; you can take over a new club at any time.

3.5 Deletion. You can delete your account at any time in the settings. The consequences are described in the privacy policy (section 18). Virtual content and services not yet redeemed are forfeited in the process; for purchased services not yet used, pinnry’s terms apply.

4. Fair play

4.1 The following are prohibited in particular:

4.2 If you find a bug, please report it (Discord or support@beanlings.com) instead of exploiting it.

4.3 In the event of violations we can, depending on their severity: withdraw unlawfully obtained assets, correct game states, cancel rewards from campaigns, block features, temporarily suspend an account or terminate it (section 11). We take the circumstances into account and hear you beforehand where possible. We tell you the reason for every measure.

5. Your own content, moderation and reports

5.1 Your texts. Club name, stadium name, fan chants, mottos, mascot names, guestbook entries, comments, ideas and feedback must not infringe the rights of third parties (for example names and trademarks of real clubs, companies or games) and must not be insulting, discriminatory, harmful to minors or promotional.

5.2 Right of use. You grant us the simple, free-of-charge right to show your content in the game and in posts about the game (Discord, Bluesky, YouTube, images and videos of game events) for as long as your content is in the game. We may freely implement ideas and suggestions; there is no entitlement to implementation or remuneration.

5.3 Moderation. We check certain texts before publication. We may reject, change (for example reset a club name) or remove impermissible content. On the Discord server an automatic guard removes clear spam and fraud; all other decisions are made by a human.

5.4 Reporting illegal content. If you come across content that you consider illegal, please report it to support@beanlings.com, stating where it is and giving a short reason. We review every report, decide promptly and inform you of the outcome. The same address is our point of contact for users and authorities under the Digital Services Act; the languages of communication are German or English.

5.5 Objection. If content of yours is removed or your account is restricted, we tell you the reason. You can object to the decision at support@beanlings.com; a human will review it again.

6. Virtual content

6.1 Coins, gems, players, cards, packs, collectibles (for example sports bags), items and all other game content are virtual content without monetary value. You receive a simple, non-transferable right to use it in the game, not ownership.

6.2 Virtual content is not paid out in money and not refunded, not even if the account is deleted or suspended. Where the game allows trading (for example the transfer market, tradable collectibles), it is permitted only within the game and only with game currency.

6.3 We may change game content and its values within the scope of game balance (for example prices, strengths, rewards, rules of a new season). We announce new season rules in advance. For purchased digital content, section 7.5 additionally applies.

7. Paid offers

7.1 Seller. All paid Beanlings offers are sold by Cards and Supplies via pinnry.com and partly via eBay. The purchase contract is concluded there; prices, payment, withdrawal and warranty are governed by pinnry’s terms and conditions and cancellation policy or by the eBay listing. There are no purchases and no purchase notices in the store apps.

7.2 What is available (details in each offer):

7.3 What this means for the game. Kickoff is fully playable without any purchase. Some purchasable content affects the game (player codes, calendar content, coin bonuses). These effects are limited and temporary, as described in 7.2; a permanently stronger team cannot be bought. Coins and gems are not available as individual purchases, but may be included in purchased calendars and bonuses. In Friends Leagues, the admins decide before the start whether player codes are allowed.

7.4 Codes. Codes can be redeemed once; whoever redeems first receives the content. Some codes are tied to a club. Club-bound equipment (for example player styling) expires when the player leaves the club. If a purchase is refunded or charged back, we block codes that have not been redeemed and may remove content and bonuses obtained from them that still exist.

7.5 Changes to purchased digital content. The game is continuously developed. If a change impairs purchased digital content more than only insignificantly, we inform you in advance; your rights under §§ 327 ff. BGB (German Civil Code) against the seller remain unaffected.

7.6 Ink. Ink is the credit balance at pinnry. Topping up, redeeming, bonus Ink, limits and abuse protection are governed by clauses 3d to 3f of pinnry’s terms and conditions. Kickoff does not keep its own Ink account.

8. Friends Leagues

8.1 Friends Leagues run separately from the official competitions. They do not affect your club’s table, suspensions, morale, fitness, form, finances or statistics in official play, and their matches do not overlap with official matches.

8.2 A league has up to 3 admins. Whoever creates the league is the main admin. Before the start, the admins set the format, dates and rules; these are frozen when the league starts. Every admin action is recorded in the log, which all participants can see. Before the start, admins can remove clubs; afterwards they can only block comments.

8.3 Admins are responsible for the name, motto and announcements of their league; section 5 applies accordingly.

8.4 Open Friends Leagues with Ink are additionally subject to the deadlines and limits of pinnry’s terms and conditions (clauses 3d and 3f): if a league does not start, reserved Ink is released.

9. Campaigns, prize draws and rewards

9.1 Campaigns, competitions and prize draws (for example the Kurven campaign (Kurven-Aktion), the Wildlands tester prize draw, the calendar prize draw, referrals) are subject to their terms of participation. The organiser is Cards and Supplies, unless stated otherwise there.

9.2 Prizes and rewards are virtual content (section 6), unless stated otherwise. A cash payout is excluded. We name winners with their club name in the game and on Discord.

9.3 Anyone who manipulates (for example with multiple accounts or fake invitations) is excluded; we may withdraw rewards already credited.

9.4 We may change or end rewards for activities outside Kickoff (for example the tester bonus from Wildlands, watching on Twitch, voting on top.gg, presence in the Turnier-Arena) at any time with effect for the future.

10. Availability and changes to the game

10.1 We strive for trouble-free operation but do not owe any particular availability. Maintenance, updates and disruptions may temporarily restrict the game.

10.2 We may develop the game further and add, change or remove features if this is reasonable for you (for example for balance, security, legal reasons or new features).

10.3 If we discontinue Beanlings Kickoff as a whole, we will announce this at least three months in advance.

11. Suspension and termination

11.1 You can end the contract at any time by deleting your account.

11.2 We can terminate the contract for a free account with four weeks’ notice. Ongoing paid services remain unaffected.

11.3 In the event of serious or repeated violations of these terms, we can suspend or terminate your account without notice. A temporary suspension takes priority if it is sufficient.

12. Liability

12.1 We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, under the Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz) and insofar as we have given a guarantee.

12.2 In the case of slight negligence, we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations (obligations whose fulfilment makes use possible in the first place and on which you may rely), limited to the foreseeable, typical damage.

12.3 We are liable for the loss of virtual content only in accordance with these rules. Where possible, we restore lost content.

12.4 For purchases, liability is governed by the terms of pinnry or eBay.

13. Changes to these terms

13.1 We can change these terms for the future if there is an objective reason for doing so (for example new features, changes in the law or case law, closing gaps).

13.2 We inform you of changes at least six weeks before they take effect in your inbox and, if you have provided an e-mail address, by e-mail, indicating the changed passages.

13.3 A new version applies to you once you agree to it, for example via the notice in the game. If you do not agree, you can object or delete your account; if you object, we can terminate the contract with the notice period from 11.2. Changes that affect main services or paid services to your disadvantage apply only with your express consent.

14. Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG). The EU online dispute resolution platform was discontinued as of 20 July 2025.

15. Final provisions

15.1 German law applies. If you are a consumer with habitual residence in another country, you retain the protection of the mandatory provisions of that country.

15.2 Should any provision be invalid, the remainder remains valid.

15.3 These terms are available in several languages. The German version is authoritative.

Previous version of 2 September 2026 (applies to existing accounts until 5 December 2026)

Note: the previous version describes purchases as purely cosmetic (“no pay-to-win”) and names eBay as the sales channel. That is out of date: some purchasable content has an effect in the game, and sales mainly run through pinnry. Sections 7.2 and 7.3 of the new version explain exactly how.

1. Scope

These terms apply to the use of the browser game Beanlings Kickoff including its Discord bot. The operator is Cards and Supplies, Armin Müller (legal notice). By registering you accept these terms. Minimum age: 18.

2. Free to play

Beanlings Kickoff can be played entirely free of charge. There is no claim to permanent availability, to particular features or to freedom from errors; the game is developed further continuously and may change.

3. Account

  • One account per person. Multiple accounts that gain an advantage are prohibited.
  • Keep your credentials secret; you are responsible for actions taken through your account.
  • You can delete your account at any time in the settings (consequences: see privacy policy, section 9).

4. Fair play

  • Automation (bots, scripts), exploiting program errors and collusion to manipulate results are prohibited.
  • If you find a bug, please report it (Discord or support@beanlings.com) instead of exploiting it.
  • In case of violations we may correct game states, block features or close accounts; unlawfully obtained values can be withdrawn.

5. Your content and moderation

Texts you enter (e.g. club name, chants, mottos, mascot names) must not infringe third-party rights and must not be insulting, discriminatory or harmful to minors. Certain texts are moderated before publication. We may reject or remove inadmissible content.

Reporting illegal content. If you come across content you believe to be illegal, please report it to support@beanlings.com — with the location and a short reason. We review every report, decide promptly and tell you the outcome. The same address is our contact point for users and authorities; the languages are German and English. If content of yours is removed or your account is restricted, we will state the reason, and you can object to the decision at the same address.

6. Virtual content

Coins, gems, players, cards and all other in-game content are virtual goods without monetary value. They cannot be transferred for real money, cannot be paid out and may change as the game balance is adjusted. Selling or buying accounts or in-game values for real money is prohibited.

7. Partner shop and product codes

  • Optional collector and cosmetic items are sold on eBay by a partner company. The purchase contract is concluded exclusively with the seller named in the listing — prices, invoicing, right of withdrawal and warranty follow the eBay listing.
  • Beanlings Kickoff offers no gameplay advantages for money (no pay-to-win): no coins, no gems, no permanently stronger players. The Kickoff items are purely cosmetic or collectibles.
  • Since 01.09.2026 there are additionally entry tickets for Beanlings Blitz — a separate tournament game that runs independently of Kickoff. A ticket allows participation in a Blitz tournament; it changes nothing in Beanlings Kickoff and grants no advantage there. Neither players nor coins nor gems are transferred between the two games. The Blitz terms of use apply to Blitz.
  • Codes can be redeemed once and are partly tied to a club (stated in the respective listing). Club-bound equipment (e.g. player styling) expires when the player leaves the club.
  • If a purchase is refunded, unredeemed codes are blocked.

8. Changes to these terms

We may adapt these terms with effect for the future (e.g. for new features or a changed legal situation). Material changes are announced in the game. If you continue playing afterwards, the new version applies.

9. Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG). The European Commission discontinued its online dispute resolution platform on 20.07.2025, so a link to it is no longer given. For purchases in the partner shop, any proceedings follow the information given by that seller.

10. Final provisions

German law applies. Should a provision be invalid, the remainder stays in force. The German version of these terms is authoritative.
