Field note: Lava Bud — Sproutverse

In the volcano lands the ground glows through cracks, and ash dances in the warm air.

Today I come across a Lava Bud — average · piebald · leaf.

Buds stay shut as long as you watch. Look away and wait, and you hear a soft pop.

If you want to meet one yourself: Volcano. It cannot be caught — only won over.
