Field note: Sun Sprout

Morning still lies low over the meadowland, and the grass carries dew.

Today I come across a Sun Sprout — slender · spotted · wings · sparks.

A sprout only stirs once you go completely still yourself — then it stretches, as if it wanted to grow just to watch.

If you want to meet one yourself: Meadowland, Steppe, Desert. It cannot be caught — only won over.
