Beanlings Booster for beginners: your first week

You just opened your first booster and wonder what comes next? This guide takes you through your first week without missing anything.

Updated

Day 1: account and first booster

Open beanlings.com/booster in your browser. Without signing in you can open a trial booster to see how it feels. Progress is only saved with your Beanlings account, the same account for all Beanlings games. When you sign up you confirm that you are at least 18.

With an account two boosters are waiting: your free booster of the day and a welcome booster. In the Pack Hut you swipe across the pack or tap it, and the 5 cards are revealed one after another. Rare cards get their own entrance.

Day 2: understand your album

Your album shows all 67 motifs of the set "Departure". Missing ones are grey. A small badge on each card shows the tier, the count for duplicates ("×2") and marks for variants. At the top an overview counts your cards per rarity. Tap a rarity to see only that one and, in grey, the motifs you are still missing there.

Important for the start: a set is complete when you own every motif in any rarity. You don't need every card in gold.

Day 3: your first path duel

In the arena tap "Play". The first time, a practice game with three rounds walks you through the rules. After that you play against the AI (easy, medium, hard), against friends or via matchmaking against people. The game suggests an 8-card deck automatically.

Wins earn a few sparks, and 5 wins in a week earn a booster. The rules at a glance

Day 4: duplicates and workshop

After a few days you have duplicates. They stay in your album until you decide. Two options:

  1. Trade them with friends for motifs you are missing.
  2. Turn them into sparks in the workshop. With sparks you craft missing motifs yourself: Common costs 40 sparks, Epic 2000.

One card per motif and rarity always stays when converting. Cards with a number, variant, foil or Erstausgabe stay as well. Fill your album faster

Day 5: add friends

Under "Me" you find your friend code. Whoever enters it becomes your friend right away. With friends you trade cards (always one for one) and challenge them to path duels. Many players share their code in the Beanlings Discord. You can trade once you have been friends for at least 7 days and both have level 10; path duel challenges work right away.

Day 6: try the league

A new league week starts on Monday. With "Join the league" you are placed in a group of 8; empty places are filled by the AI, always marked. Places 1 to 3 earn boosters. League and tournaments explained

Day 7: Wellkeeper

If you feel like a longer game, try Wellkeeper: 16-card deck, alternating turns, about 15 to 25 minutes. Start with a learning game with Funki or take a loan deck. Wellkeeper explained
